Membership Prices:
One 60 Minute Monthly Service - $108.28 (includes tax) for one service.
One 90 Minute Monthly Service - $135.27 (includes tax) for one service.
Two 60 Minute Monthly Services - $202.59 (includes tax) for two services each month.
Two 90 Minute Monthly Services - $266.56 (includes tax) for two services each month.

Membership Information:
- Book through website with your own personal membership code
- Billing happens every 1st of the month
- Additional discount activates 4th month
- Unused Sessions Rollover
- Share unused sessions with Family and Friends
- Free Birthday Add on (Request at beginning of Massage)
- Skip membership billing up to 3 months (email info@ONYXwellnessStudio.com prior to 1st of the month)
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel anytime (if cancellation happens after the billing period, paid for sessions will not be refunded.)
- Unused Rollover Sessions will be available to be used up to 12 months of cancellation
